The standard work week consists of Sundays and several weekdays on-site. Hours are flexible weekly.

Sick Time – 3 days per year

Vacation Time – 5 days per year (and not to include more than 3 Sundays per year)*

*The FMC is expected to coordinate at least two weeks in advance and provide written notice to the Family Pastor.

The FMC is the right-hand support for the Family Pastor.

Primary responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

At the discretion of and under the direction of the Family Ministry Pastor:
- Attendance at weekly Staff Meeting, weekly Bible Study, and monthly Children, Youth & Family Committee Meeting.
- Praying for families throughout the week.
- Assisting with weekly youth groups, including planning, coordinating, and facilitating the large group program time of the night.
- Assisting with weekly ROX Youth [6th through 12th grade] activities. (Note: In the summer, we plan 2 youth events per week.)
- Regularly leading girls’ small group for ROX Youth and ensuring ongoing contact time with teenage females.

- Leading 1x/month in the classroom with the RoxyKids attendees and a co-leader.
